STUDENTS…Please do not let anyone in the glass hallway door for security reasons. All visitors need to enter through the main entrance (Northeast end of the building)
There will be a Builder’s Club meeting on Wednesday in room 207 from 3:15-4:00pm
We would like to remind all parents/guardians, or inform you if you were previously unaware, ALL students need to be off school property by 3:30. The only exceptions are if your student is enrolled in and participating in a sanctioned afterschool activity or completing a scheduled intervention or detention. Otherwise, please make all necessary arrangements to have them picked up, on their appropriate bus, or walking/riding/scooting/skateboarding, or otherwise traveling home and off property by 3:30.
We would also like to remind you that the Activities Bus is a courtesy offered by the RCAS district for use only by students who are enrolled in and participating in an activity and have no other means of transportation home at the conclusion of said activity. It is not for use by students who want to skip their regular bus merely to remain on campus and socialize.
We have been forced to deal with ongoing behavior issues from students who remain on the property long past what is reasonable or prudent. These issues create security and safety concerns that are unacceptable to us, who you have entrusted with your children's education and safety and cannot be tolerated further. Please communicate these expectations to your children, thus helping us promote the safe environment you would like your child to experience while at school.
Thank you for your time and attention in this matter,
Principal Conrad, Principal Cerny, SRO Doerksen, and the West Administration Team.
